Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, wrong quantity etc.), we will pay the return shipping cost.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Shipping cost is based on the value of your order. Shipping is via FEDEX ground or truck lines, if pallet quantity. When you finish adding items to your cart, you can see the shipping total prior to checking out.
We ship every order the same day, if received by 3:30pm PT. Most orders are shipped via FEDEX. Your invoice will contain tracking information. Please allow the following transit times to receive your order:
WEST COAST: 1-2 days
SOUTHWEST: 1-3 days
NORTHWEST: 2-3 days
MID-WEST: 2-4 days
EAST COAST: 4-5 days
SOUTHEAST: 4-5 days
