    The pinkies work great year round but are perfect for the winter months. No losing the white 2 ply in the snow when trying to retrieve it on the way back. Also if others do forget their bag you can find these before the spring thaw and help throw out.

    We have been using the pink mitts for years and find that users are less likely to throw them in the bushes, and more likely to deposit them in the trash, then the plain mitts.
